About the Job You’re ConsideringWe are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Teamcenter for our clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that Teamcenter implementations align with client business objectives and industry best practices.
Your Role- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs for PLM customizations and integrations.
- Create and maintain a robust technical architecture for the PLM environment, considering scalability and performance.
- Define data mapping and workflows within the PLM system to optimize data management.
- Lead the development team in customizing PLM functionalities, including workflows, user interfaces, and data structures.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring proper configuration, data migration, and system integration.
- Monitor development progress and address technical challenges during implementation.
- Establish quality standards for PLM development and testing procedures.
- Conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations to identify and resolve defects.
- Review and approve code changes to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior PLM developers on the team.
- Assign tasks effectively and manage team workload to meet project deadlines.
- Foster collaboration within the development team and with other stakeholders.
- Communicate technical details clearly to business users and project stakeholders.
- Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Stay updated on the latest PLM editor versions and features to ensure the system remains optimized.
- 7‑12 years of experience with development and configuration of Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- 5‑7 years of experience leading projects in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong technical experience on Siemens Teamcenter products.
- Experience in Siemens Teamcenter configuration and customizations.
- Excellent knowledge of Java J2EE technologies, Spring, Hibernate and related frameworks.
- Very good understanding of Siemens Teamcenter core modules (BOM, Change, Document, Requirement) & CALM module.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Ability to write SQL queries, database procedures, database administration and design.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset.
The base compensation range for this role at the posted location is $101,300 – $202,380 per year.
