We're looking for a Senior Principal SoC Power Lead to handle power analysis, modeling, and optimization for advanced chip designs. You'll guide a small team on power checks before and after silicon, working with design, architecture, verification, and product teams for excellent power savings.

ResponsibilitiesOn the Power team, you'll learn new use cases, create power models, and build top performance-per-watt chips. Drive innovation, hit power and performance goals on time, and improve workflows for better accuracy, faster results, and real silicon matches.
Required Skills- Lead projects across teams with clear plans.
- Expert in RTL/Netlist power analysis, EDA tools, and modern chip design plus simulation/emulation.
- Know ASIC power factors: tech nodes, mixed Vt cells, libraries, voltage, power domains.
- Led projects and mentored juniors.
- Strong communication for tech talks inside and out.
- Understand software workloads with hardware low-power tricks like clock/power gating, voltage scaling, retention.
- Build verification workloads in tools like VCS, Questasim, Incisive, Veloce Strato, Palladium, Zebu.
