Located in Etobicoke, ON, we collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from prototype to production.
We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Hardware Testing Engineer to join our on‑site team in Etobicoke, ON. The Hardware Testing Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting hardware testing processes to ensure that all systems meet design and quality standards. Daily tasks include creating and executing test cases, performing functional testing, troubleshooting hardware issues, and collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to address and resolve any identified issues.
Qualifications- Experience in Test Engineering and Test Execution
- Product and Test systems integration and Test systems validation & verification.
- Debug, root‑cause, and track defects in collaboration with design, firmware, and validation teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, validation metrics, and test infrastructure
- Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
- Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions.
- Assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs.
- Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
- Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Experience with C and/or Python programming skills
- Advanced Test Hardware and Software design/automation experience
- Electronic Circuits - Analog and Digital experience.
