Position: Thermal Validation & CQV Engineer Opening
Join us as a Thermal Validation & CQV Engineer focused on executing critical validation tasks in a GMP-regulated setting. You will be responsible for leading validation efforts and ensuring system compliance throughout the lifecycle.

We are on the lookout for a skilled engineer specializing in thermal validation and CQV activities. This role involves authoring documentation, performing validations, and collaborating across departments to maintain compliance standards. Your leadership will ensure that all facilities and systems meet strict regulatory requirements while mentoring newer staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CQV activities for process equipment and facilities

• Review and create thermal validation protocols and documentation

• Execute FAT/SAT, ensuring quality validation testing

• Conduct thermal cycle validations with Kaye AVS systems

• Manage annual validation programs and temperature mapping

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 3–10+ years of experience in validation

• Comprehensive knowledge of GMP standards and validation processes

• Proficiency in Kaye AVS and validation documentation tools

• Excellent technical writing and data analysis skills
