Matchtech seeks experienced System Safety Assurance Consultants for prominent railway and transit initiatives in Toronto. The roles are permanent and adaptable to varying experience levels, offering competitive remuneration packages. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the System Safety Management System for railways

• Prepare compliance reports and safety plans following EN50126 standards

• Lead processes like hazard identification and risk analysis

• Define comprehensive safety requirements for complex railway systems

• Document Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) effectively

Requirements:

• Eng designation or certification eligibility in Canada

• 8+ years of experience in System Safety Management

• Proven knowledge of EN50126, EN50128, and EN50129

• Familiar with CMREA and IEC
61508, a plus

• Skilled in fostering safety competence within teams
