Become an Operations Engineer in Toronto with Yami, driving improvements and operational efficiency in our new Canadian facility. This role offers a pivotal chance to enhance our operational strategies.
As part of Yami’s expansion, you will serve as an Operations Engineer responsible for leading process optimization initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop and implement operational solutions, ensuring alignment with compliance standards. You will utilize lean practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies
- Develop process standardizations and documentation
- Collaborate with IT to enhance process automation
- Align project objectives with stakeholders' needs
- Oversee inventory accuracy and facility audits
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- 2+ years in process improvement or operations roles
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, AutoCAD, Tableau
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong multitasking abilities in uncertain settings
