DIALOG seeks a passionate engineer ready to impact various building projects. In this role, you will oversee project phases, ensure high technical quality, and foster client relationships. As a mentor to junior engineers, you’ll support their career growth while also enhancing your own technical skills and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a design engineer for diverse building projects
• Oversee all project phases from concept to construction
• Ensure technical quality in all designs and specifications
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and partner firms
• Mentor and review the work of junior engineers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering, Master’s preferred
• 5-10 years of relevant design experience
• Professional registration with PEO or equivalent
• Familiarity with structural materials like steel and wood
• Working knowledge of Revit for model navigation
