Walter P Moore seeks interns currently enrolled in Civil Engineering programs to assist on diverse structural engineering tasks. This internship offers practical experience, including structural modeling, analysis, and design support on various building types. Ideal candidates are mid-degree students with strong communication skills and a passion for engineering, ready to contribute a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist project teams with structural analysis and design calculations
• Develop models and drawings using Revit and other tools
• Support technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
• Participate in internal meetings and design reviews
• Expose yourself to project delivery from concept to construction
Requirements:
• Enrollment in an undergraduate Civil Engineering program
• Progression in structural engineering coursework
• Strong interest and skills in building engineering
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Flexibility to work at least 20 hours weekly
