As a Staff Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical execution of new electrical systems. Your experience in high-volume industries will guide you in shaping product designs that are manufacturable and compliant. Collaborate across various teams to ensure successful project delivery and mentorship throughout the engineering ranks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product development through various engineering phases
• Collaborate on architecture-level decisions and feasibility studies
• Oversee electrical designs for manufacturability and test strategies
• Drive compliance with electrical standards and quality systems
• Guide and mentor junior engineers to foster team growth
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in hardware or electrical engineering roles
• Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Strong background in PCB design and RF circuit applications
• Proficiency in Altium and simulation software
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives
