Become a vital part of Alstom as a Requirement Management Engineer in Toronto, overseeing essential requirements for rail systems projects. This role demands expertise and attention to detail in managing configuration items.
As the Requirements Management Engineer, your main responsibility will be to manage the “As Sold” baseline while ensuring compliance with global standards. You will support project teams and enhance their understanding of the RM process using tools like DOORS.
Your role is crucial in guaranteeing the quality and consistency of requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure RM activities align with global processes
• Manage and report on RM database status
• Facilitate training for project teams on RM tools
• Support engineers with requirements documentation
• Oversee changes and integrity of requirements
Requirements:
• BA’s degree in Engineering
• At least three years engineering experience
• Two years in rail systems requirements
• Effective communication in English
• Experience with database solutions for RM
