Senior Transportation Engineer

At Egis, your expertise in roadway and highway design will be crucial in a multidisciplinary transportation team. You'll oversee project delivery from concept to construction while ensuring adherence to provincial and municipal design standards. Collaboration with civil, rail, transit, and municipal disciplines is critical as you guide projects through their planning and detailed design phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage detailed design elements for major transportation projects
• Oversee team performance and project timelines
• Provide mentorship and resolve team conflicts
• Prepare technical designs and project proposals
• Develop strategies for business growth in municipal projects
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, with P.Eng. preferred
• 12+ years of engineering design experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Bilingual in English and French
• Familiarity with rail and transit infrastructure
