In this role, you'll act as the owner’s representative on infrastructure projects, leading inspection teams and ensuring compliance with construction specifications. Your experience will involve detailed communication with project managers, design teams, and regulatory entities, enhancing project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. You'll manage documentation, resource logistics, and construction activities effectively for optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction activities and site inspections
• Communicate with stakeholders including municipalities
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Develop payment certificates and change orders
• Collaborate with engineering design teams
Requirements:
• Ontario engineering license or equivalent certification
• At least 10 years in heavy civil infrastructure
• Proven track record in municipal projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of outdoor work in varied weather
