Position: Senior Substation Plant Engineering Role

As the Senior Lead Plant Engineer, you will oversee the engineering execution of substantial HV and AC substation projects. Your focus will be on defining plant solutions, managing schedules, conducting risk management, and ensuring on-time project delivery while optimizing designs. Communication with internal and external teams is key to the role’s success in meeting project expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engineering activities for HV substations

• Maintain stakeholder relationships and effective communications

• Drive safety planning and project design reviews

• Generate detailed substation design and equipment layouts

• Act as customer liaison for technical challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum five years in substation engineering

• Proven experience in HV substation projects

• Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills

• Strong familiarity with industry standards and codes
