In this senior role, you will spearhead project concept definition and coordinate the design process across all phases. Managing both consultancy and in-house teams, ensure design compliance while preparing crucial construction contract documents. You will also facilitate tender support, guide engineering efforts during construction, and manage project closeout procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project concept definition and design coordination

• Manage design assignments for consultants and teams

• Prepare construction contract documents and technical specifications

• Facilitate tender support and stakeholder engagement

• Oversee project closeout and budget submissions

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or architecture

• Ontario Skilled Engineer registration (Professional Engineer)

• At least 7 years of transit setting experience

• Deep knowledge of project management techniques

• Valid Class G driver’s license preferred
