We are looking for an experienced building consultancy professional responsible for delivering technical due diligence, building condition assessments (BCA/FCA), reserve fund studies, and capital planning strategies across municipal, institutional, and commercial portfolios.

Job Description

Lead technical due diligence, facility assessments, and capital planning engagements

Deliver BCA/FCA studies, reserve fund analyses, and lifecycle strategies

Translate technical findings into actionable, client-focused advisory solutions

Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders

Provide expertise in building science, asset management, and construction coordination

Support client decision-making through clear reporting and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

5+ years in project controls, engineering, or project management

Recognized university degree or equivalent practical experience

Strong expertise in asset management, building assessments, and capital planning

Financial administration and recordkeeping capability

Experience supporting invoicing, approvals, and internal governance processes

PMP certification preferred; working toward OAA (or similar) considered an asset

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
