We are looking for an experienced building consultancy professional responsible for delivering technical due diligence, building condition assessments (BCA/FCA), reserve fund studies, and capital planning strategies across municipal, institutional, and commercial portfolios.

Job Description

  • Lead technical due diligence, facility assessments, and capital planning engagements
  • Deliver BCA/FCA studies, reserve fund analyses, and lifecycle strategies
  • Translate technical findings into actionable, client-focused advisory solutions
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Provide expertise in building science, asset management, and construction coordination
  • Support client decision-making through clear reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project controls, engineering, or project management
  • Recognized university degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong expertise in asset management, building assessments, and capital planning
  • Financial administration and recordkeeping capability
  • Experience supporting invoicing, approvals, and internal governance processes
  • PMP certification preferred; working toward OAA (or similar) considered an asset

  • The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
