To provide technical support and guidance to Maintenance Control and the Line Maintenance bases for Out-of-Service aircraft to ensure a safe, timely, and cost-effective return to revenue service of the aircraft.
Develop the optimum course of troubleshooting and rectification process based on the nature of the fault and the maintenance history of the aircraft.Guide maintenance personnel through the troubleshooting and rectification process as required.Provide summary and detailed "Out-of-Service" Reports as required.Liaise with ISE and the aircraft manufacture when required.Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers.Perform other related duties, as assigned.Graduate of a Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) program.Holds a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Category “M” license or Categories “M” & "E" licenses.Holds endorsement(s) on Jazz aircraft-specific (CRJ
