Position: BIM Coordinator for Institutional Projects
Lead BIM coordination for institutional projects as a proactive Coordinator. Apply your experience in HVAC and electrical systems to develop detailed coordination and fabrication drawings for successful project outcomes.
In this full-time role, you will focus on creating construction drawings based on complete specifications while working alongside construction teams. Collaborate with project and construction managers to develop effective project-specific processes. Your technical background in BIM software will enable effective design and installation while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop construction coordination and interference drawings

• Collaborate with teams on HVAC and electrical system design

• Generate drawings for offsite fabrication and installation

• Support project administration and management functions

• Attend site meetings to support project teams
Requirements:

• 3+ years utilizing BIM software such as AutoCAD

• Post-Secondary education in Mechanical Engineering preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with architectural drafting and construction documents

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
