Join our program management group as a Civil, Structural, Architectural Estimator and contribute to major infrastructure initiatives. Focus on delivering quality estimates and fostering innovation across diverse sectors.
This position is ideal for a professional with advanced estimating skills and over 10 years of experience. You'll lead the preparation and review of estimates, mentor and manage team members, and develop cost-effective strategies that align with project requirements. Collaborating closely with various disciplines, you’ll ensure the optimal delivery of capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed estimates for infrastructure projects

• Mentor junior estimating staff and manage workflows

• Lead efforts to develop early phase cost models

• Perform assessments and simulations for cost risks

• Present project cost findings to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:

• 10+ years in an estimating role within civil/structural fields

• Technical qualifications or equivalent experience

• Preferred PQS, CEP designation

• Proficient in relevant estimating software

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and communication skills
