We are seeking an experienced Cost Consultant with at least 3 years in a similar capacity. This role involves preparing comprehensive cost management reports, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and project teams. You’ll also contribute to procurement strategies, validate cost changes, and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost management reports for diverse real estate assets

• Assist in feasibility studies and final cost plan presentations

• Validate post-contract cost adjustments and support value engineering

• Interface with clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure quality compliance and contribute to ISO audits
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost management or estimating

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Membership in relevant professional organizations

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with estimating software, preferably CostX
