Mechanical & Plumbing Project Associate

Join Reinbold as a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Associate, responsible for delivering diverse projects in HVAC and plumbing. Manage teams and enhance client ties for optimal outcomes.

You will be pivotal in leading project designs and delivery while supervising a talented team of designers and project managers.

Your role includes handling a revenue portfolio of $500K–$1.5M while ensuring projects meet target profit margins and remain compliant with industry standards. Additionally, you will actively pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project design and execution efforts

• Coach project managers and technical teams

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and scope

• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

• Manage construction administration processes

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of Autodesk MEP REVIT experience

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC or plumbing design in Canada

• Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge of codes and standards in the industry

• Strong written communication and software skills
