Position: Senior Manager in Permits and Approvals for LRT Projects
Take charge as a Permits Manager, overseeing crucial approvals in LRT construction. Use your expertise in licenses and permits to streamline project workflows and ensure compliance with requirements.
As a pivotal member of the project team, this role works under the Project Director to facilitate the approval process for design and construction applications. You will oversee the issuance of permits and maintain ongoing communications with stakeholders and authorities. Your in-depth knowledge of infrastructure-related permits will ensure adherence to strict deadlines, thus allowing on-schedule construction availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise application approval processes and permit issuance

• Ensure timely routing and processing of all applications

• Maintain current projects permits matrix

• Research for timely construction permit applications

• Coordinate internal and external approval processes
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• RPP or P.Eng. certification mandatory

• Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant fields

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of various infrastructure projects
