The Manufacturing Engineer at Knoll is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes that prioritize quality and safety standards. Collaborating under the Senior Manager, you will play a vital part in driving cost-effective and ergonomic solutions tailored to diverse business needs. Your work will significantly enhance production capabilities while advocating for sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes

• Lead project initiatives for new product lines

• Ensure ISO compliance and maintain documentation

• Collaborate on cost-reduction strategies across teams

• Perform quality assessments and report on non-conformance
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, P. Eng. is ideal

• 2-4 years relevant engineering experience

• Black Belt or Lean Certification is a plus

• Exposure to furniture design or woodworking is helpful

• Commitment to continuous improvement techniques is essential
