Réalis is seeking a skilled structural engineer to enhance its prominent hydroelectric team. This role involves technical mandates related to hydraulic structures, supporting clients, and collaborating with engineering teams in the analysis and design of dams and bridges. With a focus on innovative solutions, you'll engage in multidisciplinary coordination and contribute significantly to the successful execution of hydroelectric projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design for hydraulic and hydroelectric structures

• Oversee rehabilitation of dams and related projects

• Lead and participate in design meetings with clients

• Prepare detailed engineering and design calculations

• Supervise main technical deliverables for projects
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural specialization

• 5 to 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience

• PEO membership or eligibility in Canada

• Strong fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus

• Understanding of Ontario Power Generation standards
