Job description :
Lead Research & Technology (R&T) program management activities for the Landing & Integration division in Toronto, driving technology maturation and innovation in alignment with business strategy.
- Lead complex R&T programs from early research to maturity (TRL progression).
- Manage cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality).
- Ensure delivery on cost, schedule, and performance.
- Contribute to technology roadmap and identify emerging trends and weak signals.
- Drive open innovation through external partnerships (startups, suppliers, academia).
- Represent the company in conferences and innovation ecosystems.
- Promote AI awareness and integration into R&T activities.
- Actively represent Safran in the Ontario and Canadian R&T funding ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
- Strong technical background with proven program management experience.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.
- Curiosity, external orientation, and strong communication abilities.
Salary : $104,600 to $130,700
