We are seeking a full‑time OCS Bonding Project Coordinator in Toronto, ON to coordinate bonding needs for a major rail project.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating bonding delivery based on the needs of internal stakeholders
  • Gathering and managing electrical requirements in interface with the Signalling team
  • Coordinating the production and submission of designs (calculation notes, layouts) based on utility requirements
  • Managing requests for permits and licenses as per project needs
  • Overseeing construction subcontractors for the OCS Bonding Scope
  • Providing installation interface support to customers, partners, and subcontractors
  • Preparing and following up on all correspondences related to OCS Bonding activities
  • Defining technical criteria and evaluating subcontractors/suppliers
  • Reviewing and updating Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Participating in collecting lessons learned (REX) on OCS Bonding installation
  • Reviewing and obtaining approval for design deliverables and responding to comments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer designation as per Ontario regulations (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in OCS Bonding Design or installation
  • Experience in railway projects (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and installation engineering
  • Familiarity with ESA rules, Canadian electrical standards, and common practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Problem‑solving skills and decision‑making ability
  • Resilience and a proactive mindset
  • Fluency in English (a second language is appreciated)

Compensation

Expected salary $80,000 – $110,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
