Dillon Consulting is seeking individuals to fill the role of Proposal Specialist . We are looking for professionals passionate about creating effective and engaging solutions for our clients.

Your Opportunity

As a Proposal Specialist at Dillon, you will play a significant role in leveraging advanced technology to better communicate our ideas and solve our clients' problems. You will provide oversight of the submission workflow, directing resources and support staff to handle operational components while you focus on strategy, compliance, and quality control.

Responsibilities

What your day will look like

  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through the proposal workflow.
  • Tech Integration: Utilize AI and other software tools to analyze criteria, determine layout, and develop initial drafts.
  • Quality & Compliance: Serve as the final gatekeeper to ensure every proposal meets client requirements and maximizes scoring potential.
  • Process Management: Lead the submission workflow, directing support staff on resumes and project write-ups so you can remain focused on core content.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Partner with Submission Managers to ensure we are communicating unique, tailored solutions to our clients’ underlying problems.

Qualifications

Experience
  • Experience in proposal preparation and submissions.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Aptitude for using AI-enabled tools and proposal management platforms.
  • Experience in professional services (engineering, environmental, or planning) is a significant asset.
