As a key member of GFT’s Transit & Rail Group, you will lead and mentor an established engineering team. This hybrid role involves project oversight, compliance checks with standards, and coordination with various disciplines. Your leadership will play a crucial role in client engagement and proposal development while delivering innovative transit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a Canadian track engineering team

• Oversee planning, design, and construction support

• Ensure compliance with various railway standards

• Coordinate track design across multiple disciplines

• Act as primary client-facing lead for track matters
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensed in Ontario

• Over 15 years of track engineering experience

• Familiarity with Metrolinx, TTC, and freight rail clients

• Strong leadership and communication skills
