Pomerleau Team Lead VDC​/BIM

Shape the future of construction at Pomerleau as a Team Lead in BIM/VDC. This hybrid position is key to innovating with state-of-the-art design technologies across large projects.
As a leader in the Innovation team at Pomerleau Construction, you'll manage VDC coordinators and synchronize BIM services across diverse building projects. This role focuses on developing team capabilities, writing execution plans, and overseeing the BIM process. You will also champion a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance while reporting to the Innovation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of VDC professionals in best practices

• Coordinate BIM/VDC operations for extensive construction projects

• Write and review BIM execution plans according to standards

• Promote innovative practices in the construction sector

• Ensure quality outputs and timely progress reports
Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in BIM management and project coordination

• Skilled in software relevant to BIM processes such as Autodesk

• Relevant educational background in civil engineering or architecture

• Proficiency in common data environment fundamentals

• Strong technical knowledge in building mechanics
