Mine Water Specialist

Position: Arcadis Mine Water Specialist Needed
Take on a pivotal role as a Mine Water Specialist at Arcadis, focusing on mine water needs in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. This technical position is essential for client support and project success.
You will leverage your extensive experience in mine water management to help develop and implement strategies across various mining phases. Collaborating with engineering teams, you’ll ensure effective water treatment solutions and provide guidance to staff. Your contributions will play a key role in our mission to advance the mining sector's environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of mine-site water systems

• Plan and execute bench-scale treatability studies

• Author technical documentation and progress reports

• Involve in stakeholder communications with various parties

• Support water treatment initiatives in diverse markets
Requirements:

• MSc in environmental, civil, or related disciplines; 8 years minimum

• P.Eng., P.Geo., or P.Chem. designation required

• Proficient in technical writing and presentations

• Experience serving multinational mining clients is an asset

• Involvement in multiple stages of the mining lifecycle preferred
