Position: Highway Project Manager with Egis
Take the reins as a Highway Project Manager at Egis Canada, overseeing vital MTO highway design initiatives. Your leadership will ensure projects meet regulatory standards and timelines.
At Egis Canada, you will harness your 10-15 years of highway project management expertise to manage multi-disciplinary design projects. This role focuses on building relationships with MTO and industry stakeholders while providing mentorship to upcoming engineers. Your thorough knowledge of transportation engineering will guide each project's success from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects coordinated with MTO for highways

• Oversee engineering teams and provide mentorship

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and proposals

• Coordinate with various external stakeholders

• Adhere to QA/QC standards throughout project life cycles
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; P.Eng. is required

• Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in highway design

• Knowledge of transportation policies and procedures

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
