Position: Senior Infrastructure Estimator Role

This position requires a minimum of eight years of experience in cost estimating. You will provide crucial cost evaluations, validate estimates from general contractors, and take part in workshops to explore value engineering opportunities. Your expertise will guide clients and stakeholders from the project conception stage through to detailed designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and present cost estimates for major infrastructure

• Analyze continuous estimate submissions from general contractors

• Conduct risk assessments during quantitative evaluation processes

• Identify cost-saving options and present them effectively

• Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams
Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

• Eight years of estimating experience in infrastructure

• Proficient in industry-standard estimating software

• Professional memberships (CIQS, RICS, AACE) preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills
