In this critical role, you'll lead the execution of Innovation and Renovation (I&R) strategies, ensuring the technical delivery of packaging projects. With 6 years of packaging development experience in the food and beverage industry, you will manage projects and liaise with various stakeholders while optimizing current operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead packaging projects from concept through post-launch evaluation

• Organize factory trials and validate packaging specifications

• Assess packaging technical feasibility for new business opportunities

• Optimize filling, packing, and palletization operations

• Manage technical relationships with suppliers and converters
Requirements:

• 6+ years in packaging development in consumer goods

• Degree in Engineering, specializing in Packaging or related fields

• Strong knowledge of packaging sustainability and validation

• Proven project management capabilities

• Hands-on experience with aseptic packaging processes
