In this position, Conavi Medical seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the validation and optimization efforts for innovative medical devices. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance product quality while maintaining cost-effectiveness in manufacturing. This role is essential in driving advancements in cardiac care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize processes for catheter-based and electromechanical products
• Support design transfer and production readiness
• Lead root cause investigations and troubleshooting
• Develop tooling and equipment for manufacturing enhancement
• Coach and mentor junior manufacturing engineers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, etc.)
• Extensive experience in the medical device sector
• Strong skills in validation processes and documentation
• Proficient in statistical analysis and MS Office
• Willingness to travel to meet operational needs
