Take on a leadership role as an Expert Advisor in Resilience and Sustainability with WSP, offering a flexible and hybrid work model across Canada. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping climate resilience initiatives for diverse clients.
As a key player in WSP's Climate Change team, you'll manage impactful projects that address climate risk and sustainability challenges. Collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals, you will ensure clients can successfully navigate the complexities of climate change and adaptation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct high-profile climate risk and resilience projects
• Collaborate across teams for strategic services
• Ensure quality and timely project delivery
• Author clear reports addressing client needs
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvements
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences; advanced degrees welcome
• Over 5 years of experience in climate change advisory
• Deep understanding of climate assessment standards
• Excellent facilitation and leadership experience
• Fluency in English;
French is a bonus
