As a key player in this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams dedicated to hardware development, supporting processes vital for manufacturing success. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary quality contact for hardware and failure analysis
• Execute complex failure analysis and root cause investigations
• Guide teams through the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Develop quality plans, PFMEAs, and inspection reports
• Establish quality control requirements, metrics, and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Over 6 years of hands-on quality experience
• Strong understanding of QMS and quality control fundamentals
• Proven organizational and analytical skills
• Self-starter with robust problem-solving abilities
