As a Lead Quality Software Engineer, you'll drive quality maturity practices and support operational teams in managing quality effectively. Your leadership will involve coordinating with stakeholders to implement uniform processes, problem-solving, and enhancing discipline transformation plans. This position allows you to work collaboratively to ensure high standards are met throughout projects while addressing customer concerns actively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support discipline process owners for uniform implementation
• Provide problem-solving guidance for quality commitments
• Analyze trends and structural quality problems
• Implement critical action plans and assess efficiency
• Address Customer's concerns on quality requirements
Requirements:
• 10 years in Engineering/Quality Assurance roles
• 5+ years in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
• 5+ years as a Quality Assurance Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Familiarity with CENELEC standards and Quality Management Systems
