Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams

• Plan and manage surveying activities for diverse projects

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance regulations

• Build a high-performing technical team through mentorship

Requirements:

• Ontario Land Surveyor certification with AOLS registration

• 8+ years’ experience in surveying and team leadership

• Deep business development experience and relationship building

• Expertise in subdivision and boundary retracement surveys

• Proficiency in surveying technology, including LiDAR and drones
