Performance Engineer, Energy Services Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mechanical and electrical designs for facility management suitability

• Conduct site evaluations for efficiency improvements

• Deliver energy consumption guarantees and manage reporting

• Assist in developing change orders impacting life-cycle costs

• Conduct detailed reviews of shop drawings and equipment

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of HVAC and fire security systems

• Project management proficiency

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
