GTA Hydraulic Modelling Engineer at Arcadis

Become part of Arcadis' team in the Greater Toronto Area as a Hydraulic Modelling Engineer. Bring your expertise in water and wastewater assessment to create impactful infrastructure solutions.

This role invites candidates with a minimum of six years in hydraulic modelling and project management, specifically around water utilities. You will be responsible for leading modelling tasks, guiding junior staff, and ensuring quality assurance on deliverables. Your contributions will support infrastructure resilience in water and wastewater systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review modelling methodologies

• Oversee project management and technical staff

• Conduct QA/QC on project outputs

• Provide consultancy for asset management services

• Mentor less experienced engineers

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree or recognized equivalent

• P.Eng. eligibility in Ontario

• Six years of experience in water modelling

• Knowledge of Python and Power BI tools

• Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic
