SOM and OMS Configuration Specialist

Become a key player in OMS as a Configuration Specialist.

Your role will focus on OMS/SOM systems, including Field Mobility and integrations to meet client operational needs.
This position requires 3-6 years of experience in configuring OMS modules and supporting customer interactions. You will work on workshops, testing, and assist in the implementation phases of OMS systems. Collaboration with the OMS and Technical leads is key for creating effective design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage configurations for OMS including Crew Management

• Assist in SOM module configurations and workshops

• Collaborate for planning and testing phases

• Conduct acceptance testing with end customers

• Travel to customer sites for testing and delivery
Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in OMS/SOM systems

• Knowledge of major ADMS/OMS vendor products

• Understanding of outage management processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering

• Willingness to travel about 25%
