Position: Senior Engineer for User Services Management
Shape endpoint strategies at Moneris as a Senior Engineer in End User Services in Toronto. Focus on automation and lifecycle management while leading technical initiatives in a hybrid work model.
In this critical role, you will define strategies for modern endpoint management and enablement, impacting thousands of users within Moneris. Your responsibilities include overseeing device standards and enhancing automation through Microsoft Intune, all while providing high-level technical leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in compliance and end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft Intune for application deployment

• Manage various endpoints, including Windows and mobile devices

• Create and implement Windows image management strategies

• Execute patching and remediation for vulnerabilities

• Provide escalation support for complex technical issues
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent

• 5+ years in endpoint management experience

• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot

• Scripting experience with Power Shell or Graph API

• Experience in mentoring engineers or teams
