Elevate your career as a Reliability and Assurance Specialist with Metrolinx at our 91 Judson Street office. Bring your rail asset experience to lead key fleet initiatives from planning to execution.
This in-office role within the Engineering & Safety Division focuses on supporting rail fleet initiatives. You'll coordinate multi-stakeholder activities ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Make a tangible impact on fleet procurement, modernization, and performance improvement across GO, UP, LRT, and Subway systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Rail Fleet initiatives through project life cycles
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and external partners
• Support new fleet procurement and decarbonization initiatives
• Establish governance structures for project monitoring
• Ensure compliance with engineering assurance and safety standards
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Project Management
• Experience in rail asset or fleet projects
• Strong project management and data analysis skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
