Turner & Townsend is looking for a dedicated Cost Consultant who has over 3 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will prepare cost management reports and assist with feasibility studies and procurement strategies. Your analytical skills will be essential in validating costs and analyzing architectural data to support project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive cost management reports for real estate projects
• Assist with estimating and presenting feasibility studies
• Validate cost changes post-contract and support value engineering
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with quality standards during audits
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in cost management
• University degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Membership in organizations such as CIQS or RICS
• Proficient in estimating software, especially CostX
• Strong communication and analytical skills
