Matchtech is recruiting for a Senior/Lead Estimator to assist a key client in Toronto. This role encompasses leading project-level estimating activities, interpreting specifications, and developing comprehensive cost plans and Bills of Quantities. You'll also provide strategic cost advice while mentoring junior estimators and ensuring quality across multiple work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost planning and estimating for projects

• Interpret project documentation and specifications

• Develop detailed cost plans and Bills of Quantities

• Oversee estimating outputs across various work streams

• Mentor and develop junior estimators
Requirements:

• Experience estimating in energy or infrastructure sectors

• Proficient with CostX and On-Screen Takeoff tools

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Professional accreditation preferred

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
