This role is a valuable position within our energetic team ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mineral processing plants and lead efforts on pilot plant tests, circuit development, and optimization techniques. Candidates should possess a passion for technology and be adaptable for 15-30% travel to various international sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead commissioning and optimization of flotation systems
• Plan and coordinate pilot plant test projects
• Structure and analyze test data for insights
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation
• Train and mentor fellow process engineers
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering
• Over 10 years in mining and metallurgy industry
• Experience in process design and project execution
• Proficient in Excel, data analytics beneficial
• Strong communication skills in English;
Spanish/Portuguese a plus
