Position: Senior Systems Engineer for Rail Projects
Lead the advancement of urban rail systems with WSP as a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer in the Greater Toronto Area. This pivotal role involves managing complex requirements in essential rail extension projects.

WSP is looking for a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer with at least 8 years in transit or rail and 5 years in Systems Engineering. You will be responsible for driving requirements management and collaborating with various engineering teams, ensuring project milestones are met. Mentorship of junior engineers is part of your key contributions during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements management activities across project teams

• Administer the IBM DOORS Next Generation repository

• Trace requirements through various engineering phases

• Maintain alignment with project agreements and schedules

• Support compliance and validation activities in the V-Model lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems or Electrical Engineering

• P.Eng. licence in Ontario

• Strong experience with IBM DOORS NG and requirements tools

• Familiar with rail systems like signaling and SCADA

• INCOSE certification is a solid asset
