Lead Site Supervisor Track Installation on Rail Projects

Take the lead as a Site Supervisor focusing on track installation for rail infrastructure. Your field experience and technical acumen will drive compliance and quality in construction efforts.
In this critical position, you will work alongside the CPS Lead and contractors to monitor track systems, ensuring all activities align with engineering specifications. Your strong understanding of rail components and project interfaces will guide effective communication and issue resolution. This role demands attention to detail and documentation skills to support ongoing project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site surveillance of track-related construction activities
• Verify compliance with IFC drawings and project specs
• Document site observations and findings in reports
• Coordinate inspections and address RFIs and NCRs
• Assist in the review of shop drawings and plans
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in rail or transit infrastructure
• Degree/diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering Technology required
• Strong familiarity with rail standards and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License required
