This full-cycle position requires proven skills in managing subcontractors, scheduling, and safety compliance for rail transit projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project performance aligns with high standards for quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and installation teams effectively

• Oversee project schedules ensuring timely execution

• Coordinate site activities and liaise with stakeholders

• Address non-conformances following the Quality Plan

• Report on project progress to management regularly

Requirements:

• 10-15+ years in rail transit project management

• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6

• Excellent communication and planning skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

• Professional Engineer (P. Eng) certification preferred
