In this full-time, permanent role through Tech Talent International (SI), you will harness your extensive experience—over seven years in the EV industry—to lead vehicle test strategy development and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will manage test execution and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance EV infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate dynamic vehicle test strategies and plans

• Supervise testing phases, including road and bench tests

• Conduct data collection and produce detailed reports

• Ensure adherence to CMVSS and safety regulations

• Collaborate with teams to improve validation processes
Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

• 7+ years in the auto or EV sector

• 3+ years in EV charging infrastructure

• Understanding of EV charging standards and codes

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
