In this position, you will lead and mentor within a dynamic team on municipal and industrial water infrastructure projects. You will manage client relations, overseeing the design and construction phases while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Your role involves coordinating technical staff and cultivating business development opportunities for profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams in wastewater infrastructure planning and design
• Engage with clients through presentations and project coordination
• Coordinate technical staff and develop design standards
• Communicate effectively with municipalities and regulators
• Prepare technical reports and oversee construction management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 15+ years in water/wastewater design experience
• P.Eng license required
• Proven project management skills, budget and schedule control
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
